MoonTraders cannot be responsible for mail carrier delays. USPS and affiliated shippers have stated publicly that many parcels will be delayed due to varying circumstances in the US. In the event a package is officially marked as "lost/unrecoverable" by USPS on the tracking page, we will work with you to ensure you file a claim and become eligible for a replacement of your product. Otherwise we appreciate your patience with USPS shipping your package to the best of their ability. We will do everything we can to get it shipped without delay on our end!

Additional customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer, as with all global shippers. MoonTraders claims no liability for additonal fees, so please plan ahead accordingly to your area's standard customs policy.
